Morocco Tours offer more than just a destination — they open a doorway to an ancient world of labyrinthine medinas, sun-scorched desert dunes, and snow-dusted Atlas peaks that will permanently alter your sense of wonder. Whether you’re drawn to the intoxicating spice markets of Marrakech, the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen, or the vast silence of the Sahara under a canopy of stars, expertly crafted Morocco tour packages ensure every moment is woven into an unforgettable journey tailored to your pace and passions.
Travelers seeking authentic cultural immersion will find that guided tours in Morocco strike the perfect balance between structured discovery and spontaneous exploration — allowing you to sip mint tea with a Berber family one morning and watch the sun rise over Erg Chebbi the next.
What truly sets a well-designed Morocco tour apart is the depth of access it provides. Beyond the postcard-perfect imagery, a thoughtfully guided Morocco tour brings you face-to-face with master craftsmen in Fes’s ancient tanneries, leads you through Roman ruins at Volubilis, and carries you along coastal roads where the Atlantic crashes against Portuguese fortresses. …
For those who want the freedom to go deeper, Morocco private tours offer a bespoke experience — personal guides, hand-selected riads, and flexible itineraries that bend entirely to your curiosity. These are not rushed tick-boxes; they are considered, breathing journeys shaped around you.

Had a great time in Egypt! I had an amazing experience with Egy Vacations from start to finish. The planning process was smooth, and Eman, who helped us plan our itinerary, was incredibly accommodating. She adjusted the itinerary to include places we really wanted to visit and made everything work within our student budget. In Cairo, we only had time for a one-day tour, but it was still very well organized and made the most of the limited time we had. Our guide, Toka, was very knowledgeable and explained Egyptian history in a clear and engaging way. Her storytelling made the dynasties easy to understand, even for first-time visitors. She was friendly and fun to be around, and she made the time spent driving between sites enjoyable as well. One small thing to note is that lunch was supposed to be included in the Cairo tour, but we didn’t end up having lunch, likely due to our very packed itinerary. This was understandable given the time constraints, but it would have been helpful to have a heads-up since the tour was booked with lunch included. During our cruise and our time in Luxor and Aswan, Amir was our guide. These cities are absolutely beautiful, and Amir did a great job explaining the history without overwhelming us, especially since we had no background in Egyptology. At sites where guides were not allowed inside, he patiently explained the carvings in our photos and clearly knew exactly where each one came from. Beyond the tours, he shared a lot about local culture, daily life, and food recommendations, which added a lot to the experience. Having the same guide throughout Luxor and Aswan made the experience feel seamless and relaxed. Overall, Egy Vacations provided great value, excellent guides, and very personal service. As a woman, I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. I would absolutely recommend Egy Vacations to other travelers if they are looking to go to Egypt on a private tour.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Great guide!! November is a very good time to travel to Egypt since the weather is very enjoyable. Of course, Egypt is a country to enjoy many remarkable historical sites but it would’ve not been the same without our knowledgable guide Ahmed Zidan. He made our trip in Cairo an even better experience through his interesting stories, amazing insights for each of the visits and his flexibility. We really recommend Ahmed Zidan as your guide.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Our Morocco tours start from $799 per person for a group tour. Private tours begin from $1,299 per person. The price varies based on the duration of the tour, accommodation level, and whether you choose a private or group itinerary. All tours include accommodation, daily breakfast, a professional English-speaking guide, and private transfers between destinations.
Yes — Morocco is widely considered one of Africa’s safest tourist destinations. Millions of visitors, including large numbers of solo female travellers, visit each year without incident. As with any international destination, standard precautions are sensible in busy areas. Our local guides provide safety briefings and are with you throughout your trip.
Spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures and are our top recommendations. Summer is best for Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Winter is surprisingly pleasant in the Sahara — clear skies and crisp nights. See our full Best Time to Visit Morocco guide for a detailed breakdown.
All our Morocco tours include: accommodation in handpicked riads and boutique hotels, daily breakfast, professional English-speaking guide throughout, private air-conditioned transport between all destinations, and entrance fees to all listed sites. International flights are not included but we can assist with flight recommendations. Airport transfers are included on most packages.
Visa Requirements
Most nationalities can enter Morocco without a visa for up to 90 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of arrival. You’ll receive a stamp on entry at the airport, and you should keep your landing card (provided on the plane) safe, as it may be needed for hotel check-ins or departure.
Currency & Payments
Morocco uses the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). While large cities and major hotels accept credit cards, most local vendors, restaurants, and transport providers operate in cash only. It’s advisable to carry small denominations, especially for shopping in souks or tipping. ATMs are widely available in cities, and currency exchange is best done at banks or official counters.
Tipping Etiquette
Tipping, or “baksheesh,” is a part of daily life in Morocco. In restaurants, a 5–10% tip is appreciated. For hotel staff, porters, and drivers, small change (10–20 MAD) is standard. Tour guides often expect tips at the end of a tour. While tipping is not mandatory, it’s customary and deeply appreciated by service workers.
The best time to explore Morocco is during the spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November). These seasons offer pleasant weather for sightseeing and outdoor activities, especially in cities and mountainous regions. Summers can be extremely hot, particularly in inland cities like Marrakech or desert locations such as Merzouga, while winters are mild but can bring chilly evenings, especially in the Atlas Mountains.
Morocco is a diverse country with varying climates depending on the region and time of year. Light, breathable clothing is ideal for the day, while layers are essential for cooler evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are a must for navigating medinas and uneven streets. A sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are essential for daytime excursions.
Modest clothing is recommended, especially for women. While not required by law, covering shoulders and knees is a sign of respect and can help avoid unwanted attention. A lightweight scarf can also be handy — both for sun protection and cultural visits like entering mosques.
Morocco offers an unforgettable blend of history, nature, and culture. Explore the bustling souks and palaces of Marrakech, wander the blue streets of Chefchaouen, get lost in the labyrinthine medina of Fes, or relax along the Atlantic coast in Essaouira. A camel trek across the golden dunes of the Sahara, followed by a night under the stars in a Berber desert camp, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Yes! The High Atlas Mountains offer beautiful trekking opportunities, from day hikes to multi-day guided treks. You’ll find charming Berber villages, waterfalls, and panoramic views. The Todra Gorge and Dades Valley are also popular for hiking and rock climbing.
For a well-rounded experience, plan for at least 10–12 days. This gives you time to explore imperial cities, take a desert adventure, and experience both coastal and mountain landscapes. If you’re short on time, a 5–7 day trip can still include major highlights with focused planning.
